Elections

Bingham McHale has a long history of civic service to the state of Indiana and its communities. With a background that includes two former governors, a secretary of state, a speaker of the house of representatives, an Indianapolis city-county council president and a national party state chairman, our perceptive attorneys know elections.

From cities and towns to statewide offices, we use our political instincts and extensive understanding of the election process to help candidates assemble top-notch campaign staff and develop effective strategy. We also rely on our vast networks to assist candidates with fundraising efforts. And when our clients’ campaigns end with positive results, we leverage our deep knowledge to lead the transition teams.

In addition, the firm hosts the Bingham McHale Legislative Conference each December, the longest-running, most authoritative annual event focused on Indiana's policy issues. The conference includes an assessment of Indiana's current political climate, as well as a review of recently completed elections and/or a preview of the coming year's election cycle.
